This coffee is a Gesha variety from Hacienda Casa Blanca in the Santander region of Colombia. Grown at altitude by producer Liliana Caballero, this natural processed coffee undergoes 150 hours of fermentation in sealed tanks before being dried. The cherries are then rested in GrainPro bags for 10 days before final drying. The result is a Light-Medium roast with tasting notes of Blueberry Jam, Pineapple, Papaya, Orange Zest, and Dark Chocolate. Best enjoyed as Filter, Cold Brew, or AeroPress.
