Natural Gesha from the Buenos Aires farm at Hacienda La Esmeralda in the Boquete region of Panama, grown at 1700 meters altitude. The Gesha variety is processed using natural methods with slow drying under controlled airflow for 25 days. This micro lot scored 97 points at Best of Panama 2025. The cup offers delicate florals including cherry blossom and jasmine, with sweetness moving toward ripe strawberry, mango, and juicy red apple with candy-like notes. Hibiscus adds lift while concord grape brings depth. The body is silky with malic acidity and a sparkling, long finish.
