This is a Natural Gesha coffee from Hacienda La Esmeralda in Panama, specifically from the Cañas Verdes farm in Palmira, Boquete, Chiriquí at 1800 meters altitude. The cherries were selectively picked and dried on raised beds for 46 days using the natural processing method. The Gesha (Trapiche Lot) varietal produces a complex cup with orange blossom, cherry, pineapple, lemon candy, honey, peach, pink guava, and jasmine. The finish is long and complete with a shift from bright florals to deeper fruit sweetness.
