About This Coffee

This natural processed Sudan Rume from Hacienda Misiones in Colombia is part of the white series for unique, high-end coffees processed in traditional styles. Sudan Rume is an ancient landrace variety originally cultivated on the Buma plateau in South Sudan, characterized by a floral, aromatic and complex taste profile with a silky texture. The coffee is from Hacienda Misiones, a traditional coffee plantation in Mesitas del Colegio, Cundinamarca Department of Colombia, founded in 1899. The farm is now managed by the next generation and stands for meticulous cultivation, quality, and a responsible approach to both people and nature.
