Halo Beriti - Éthiopie
Cafés MudaAbout This Coffee
Halo Beriti is an Ethiopian single origin coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, grown at 2,200 meters altitude in the village of Halo Beriti, in the Gebed area. Produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee, the coffee undergoes a natural (dry) process: ripe cherries are floated to remove defects, then placed on raised drying beds for 12 to 15 days. The slow cherry maturation at high altitude yields a complex cup with fruity aromas of orange, peach, and coconut alongside floral notes. Roasted at a medium level suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
