About This Coffee

A naturally processed coffee from the Halo Hartume station in the Yirgacheffe region of Sidamo, Ethiopia. Sourced from around 450 smallholder producers in the Halo Hartume Kebele area, harvested November through January at altitudes of 2100–2400 meters. The cultivar is Heirloom. Cherries are dried on raised beds with careful humidity monitoring. Roasted lightly for filter, with tasting notes of lime tart, nectarine, and lavender.
