Campo Alegre is a Colombian coffee from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta region, grown at altitudes between 1,100m and 1,200m on the Mildred Niebles farm. It features the Castillo, Colombia, and Tabi varieties, processed using an anaerobic honey method for 90 hours. The roast is a medium filter roast with a complex flavor profile of honey, papaya, and black tea notes. Awarded the Gold Medal 2025 by the Deutsche Röstergilde.
