It is a natural processed (sun-dried on African drying beds) specialty coffee with flavor notes of blood orange, red plum, passion fruit, pineapple, orange, and floral hints with a silky, wine-like finish. The roast level is filter roast, delivering a complex, juicy, and vibrant cup with lively acidity and clear sweetness.
