Produced by Edwin Lenin Pineda at El Pozo farm in Santa Barbara, Honduras at 1,550 meters altitude. The coffee is fully washed processed. Flavor profile features floral notes, plum, green tea, and a rounded mouthfeel, characterized by gentle harmonious flavors with prominent sweetness and elegance.
