This coffee originates from Marcala in La Paz, Honduras, grown by Café Organico Marcala, S.A. (COMSA) representing 1500 coffee producers. The blend comprises Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, Ihcafe 90, Pacas, and Typica varieties cultivated at 1300-1700 meters altitude in clay mineral soils. The beans undergo full washing followed by sun and mechanical drying. This organic-certified dark roast coffee is harvested from November to February.
