A naturally processed coffee from the COMSA cooperative in the La Paz region of western Honduras, grown at 1200–1600 MASL. This light roast is fruit-forward with cherry and goji berry at the fore, complemented by cola nut. The body is relatively light for a natural, with a round, sweet mouthfeel, a slightly sticky date-like mid-palate, and a milk chocolate finish. COMSA is a cooperative with over 1,600 members committed to gender equity and environmental practices.
