Single origin coffee from Honduras, Santa Barbara region, cultivated at 1450 meters altitude. The beans are Pacas variety, a Bourbon mutation. Processed using a semi-washed method with dry depulping followed by 24 hours of fermentation in tanks, then water washing and 2-week sun drying. Strongly caramel-forward with notes of tea, forest berries, tropical fruits, citrus, and hints of spice.
