This coffee is a Pacas variety from the El Ocote farm in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras, grown at an altitude of 1450 meters. It is processed using a hybrid method where the cherry is depulped dry, followed by a 24-hour fermentation period and a final wash. The flavor profile is characterized by dominant caramel notes, complemented by hints of tea, forest fruits, tropical fruits, citrus, and a touch of spice. It is a balanced, sweet coffee suitable for daily consumption.
