Celeste Coffee RoastersAbout This Coffee
A specialty honey-processed coffee from Finca Licho in the West Valley region of Costa Rica, grown at 1,400–1,650 meters altitude. Produced by the Aguilera family (Felipe and Erasmo), multiple Cup of Excellence winners who have cultivated coffee since the 1940s and operate their own Aguilera Brothers micromill. Processed using the San Roque Honey method, involving carefully sorted harvesting and slow, controlled drying on raised beds. The cup delivers bright, lively acidity balanced by generous sweetness, with tasting notes of ripe nectarine, cola, cocoa, and a clean brown sugar finish.
