This coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of approximately 2000 meters. It is processed at the Banko Gotiti washing station using a washed method. The coffee consists of 74112 and 74158 varieties. It features a flavor profile with notes of blueberry, orange, black tea, and hazelnut. This coffee is specifically roasted for espresso preparation.
