A microlot Pink Bourbon from the Huila (Acevedo) region of Colombia, grown at 1,800 m.a.s.l. on the Los Pinos and La Primavera farms by producers Edier Perdomo and Diego Horta. Pink Bourbon is a natural hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon. The coffee undergoes a semi-washed process with a 24-hour pre-fermentation in cherry, followed by 36 hours of anaerobic fermentation, then dried on raised beds for 15 days. Flavor notes include citric acid, floral aromas, green apple, green tea, and tangerine.
