This House Blend is a versatile coffee with a seasonal composition that shifts throughout the year. The blend alternates between Honduras and Nicaragua in one season, to Ethiopia and Peru in another. It features a 50/50 mix of washed and natural-processed beans. Roasted to a medium level in Geneva, the blend offers bright notes of blood orange, subtle spice of liquorice, and a smooth hazelnut finish. The coffee delivers a balanced, layered profile with medium acidity, medium-full body, and medium-high sweetness.
