About This Coffee

This is a 100% Arabica blend from Brazil, El Salvador, and Guatemala. The Brazilian coffee comes from Finca Capim Branco (Yellow Catuai variety), the El Salvador portion from the Coffee School project (Pacas variety), and the Guatemalan coffee from Finca Santa Isabel (Catimor variety). Cultivated at altitudes between 1,100-1,700 meters, the coffee is processed using both washed and natural methods. All coffees are grown according to organic farming principles. The dark roast creates a spicy, chocolatey flavor profile with caramel notes and is low in caffeic acid for digestibility.
