Produced by Sunil and Mohan of Hoysala Coffee, a family-owned estate since the 1950s. The coffee undergoes in-fruit fermentation before pulping and is grown using regenerative farming practices with no chemical fertilisers. Tasting notes include coffee blossom, stone fruit, and orange. Light roast, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
