About This Coffee

This experimental coffee is sourced from the Danche washing station in the Gedeb region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2300 meters. It consists of Heirloom varieties and undergoes a complex processing method involving 48 hours of combined aerobic and anaerobic fermentation, followed by drying on shaded beds. The flavor profile is bright and juicy, featuring notes of mandarin, yellow plum, and grapefruit. This coffee is balanced and vibrant, offering a creamy mouthfeel.
