The coffee scores 87.5 points and offers a flavor profile with notes of caramel, floral, jasmine, lemon and lime, maple syrup, and vanilla. It is roasted as an omniroast, suitable for various brewing methods.

Spojka Roastery was founded in December 2022 in Prešov, filling a gap for a dedicated specialty roastery in eastern Slovakia. Head roaster and owner Viktor Štefančík is a former barista who regularly represented Prešov coffee shops at the Slovak national championship and competed at the world level, bringing that competition trained palate to his selection and roasting of green coffee. The team targets coffees scoring around 85 points on the SCAA scale and has been steadily sourcing higher scored lots as the operation grows. Their modern cafe near the Torysa river doubles as a roasting space where visitors can watch the process, taste the results, and take packets of freshly roasted beans home.
