Idido is an anaerobic natural processed Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, available for filter brewing. The coffee features tropical fruit-forward flavor notes including bubble gum, melon, pineapple, and banana, with additional notes of red apple, quince, and orange. It presents strong malic and citric acidity balanced with subtle creaminess and chocolate undertones. The coffee offers a medium-high body with fruity finish, with an overall fresh and refreshing character reminiscent of a tropical fruit cocktail.
Null Coffee Roasters was founded in 2007 in Istanbul, Türkiye by Kemal Serkan Araz and Cihan Baspinar.
