The Ethiopian component is from various smallholders in Yirgacheffe at 1935m altitude, featuring Heirloom varieties processed using the natural method. The blend delivers nutty and chocolatey notes from Brazil meeting fruity notes from Ethiopia, with a flavor profile of nutty, dark chocolate, and dried fruit. This modern espresso maintains a touch of fruitiness without being particularly dark roasted.
