Incahuasi is a single-origin coffee from the Cusco region in southern Peru, grown at altitudes between 1600 and 2400 meters. It is primarily composed of Bourbon, Caturra, and Paché varieties. The coffee is processed washed with improvements such as drying on African-style raised beds. It has a light roast profile with flavors of golden raisin, vanilla, and almond, showcasing delicate and sweet characteristics.
