About This Coffee

A single origin coffee from the Pushpagiri region (literally "Hill of Flowers") in Karnataka, South India, grown at 1500 meters altitude by the Srirangalli Community. The coffee features varieties SLN6 (a hybrid of Kent and Robusta), SLN9 (a hybrid of Tafarikela Ethiopian heirloom and Hibrido-de-Timor), and Chandragiri. Processed using a 96-hour anaerobic fermented honey method. Roasted light for filter brewing, with flavor notes of white chocolate, papaya, and magnolia.
