Indonesia Bies Penantan

This single-origin coffee is grown by the women-led Ketiara Cooperative in Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia. It comes from smallholder farms around Takengon at high altitude, organically produced. The coffee is full-bodied with a flavor profile featuring dark chocolate, baking spice, and tropical fruit acidity, suited for espresso or cold brew. The roast level is medium to dark, offering a smooth and rich cup.
