This single origin coffee is from Java Frinsa Estate in West Java, Indonesia, established by Wildan Mustofa and Atieq Mustikaningtyas. The estate is located at 1300-1700 meters elevation in the Weninggalih area of Sindangkerta. The name "Frinsa" derives from their children's initials, while "Manis" means "sweet" in Bahasa. This natural processed lot features mixed varieties, mostly Sigararutang. Whole cherries are washed to remove floaters, then dried on tarpaulin in the drying yard. The cup profile features jackfruit, guava, chocolate, and pistachio notes with ripe fruit and layers of chocolate sweetness. Roasted for espresso.
