This is a single origin coffee from West Java, Indonesia, produced at Java Frinsa Estate by Wildan Mustofa and Atieq Mustikaningtyas. The coffee is natural processed, where cherries are washed with floaters removed, then whole cherries are dried on tarpaulin. Grown at 1300-1700 meters elevation, the lot consists of mixed varieties, mostly Sigararutang. Flavor notes include jackfruit, guava, chocolate, and pistachio. The coffee offers ripe fruit characteristics with layers of chocolate sweetness, roasted for filter brewing.
