About This Coffee

This single origin coffee comes from Java Frinsa Estate in West Java, Indonesia, at an elevation of 1300-1700 meters. The coffee is processed using a washed method where freshly received cherries are washed with floaters removed, then pulped and fermented for 12-14 hours with no additives before being dried as parchment on a patio. The varietal is a mixed lot, mostly Sigarautang. The name "Sarapan" means "breakfast" in Bahasa and describes something delicate yet beautiful. The cup profile features Nashi Pear, herbal notes, and sugarcane sweetness. Filter roast preparation.
