This specialty coffee comes from the Aceh province in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. It is grown in the villages of Bewarang and Jagong Jeget by local farmers on plantations covering 308 hectares at altitudes between 1200-1450 meters. The coffee features Typica and Caturra varieties processed using semi-washed method. The beans undergo triple hand-selection for exceptional purity and intensity. Flavor notes include cedar wood, chocolate sweetness, and pecan nuts.
