This Indonesian coffee from Sesongot uses a unique combination of anaerobic and honey processing methods. Unlike traditional Indonesian wet-hulled processing, this method manipulates the fermentation environment and drying process to create a unique and exceptional taste. The coffee features flavor notes of fig, star anise, and sweet sherry with a light roast profile.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg. They roast to order daily and have accumulated over 24,000 five star reviews. The Independent voted their subscription the Best Overall Coffee Subscription in 2024. Rave is a 1% for the Planet member and has planted over 22,000 trees through a partnership with One Tree Planted.
