Processed using the wet hulled method (Giling Basah), where parchment is removed at approximately 30% moisture content before final drying to 12%. Medium to dark roasted with an SCA cupping score of 84.75. Flavor profile features fragrance and aroma of molasses, citrus, and dark chocolate, with flavors of dark chocolate and grapefruit.
