About This Coffee

A whole bean coffee from Bebesen, Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at 1,300–1,600 masl on Rakyat Farm by farmer Aulia Kahpi, alongside 15 neighbouring outgrowers. The lot incorporates cherries from the Lukup Sabun, Pantan Sile, Ratawali, and Gegarang neighbourhoods. Varieties include Abyssinia, Ateng, Caturra, Gayo, Timtim, and Typica. Processed using an anaerobic honey method, with tasting notes of white grape, plum, honey, and blood orange.
