Indonesia Wanita Gayo

A single origin coffee from Indonesia, sourced from the Wanita Gayo Women's Cooperative (Kokowagayo), founded in 2014 in Aceh, Sumatra — the first and only women-owned and women-managed cooperative in Sumatra. Grown in the Bener Meriah region of Aceh, Sumatra at 1300–1600 m.a.s.l. The coffee features Tim Tim and Bourbon varieties, processed using the traditional Indonesian Giling Basah (wet hulling) method. Tasting notes include cranberry, red currant, pink grapefruit, tamarind, nutmeg, dark chocolate, and gingerbread. Roasted as an Omni profile, suitable for both espresso and filter extractions.
