This coffee is from Santa Rosa, Guatemala, produced by Ismael Quinteros at 1760 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee made from Pache variety beans. The cup profile is silky and smooth with tasting notes of apricot, milk chocolate, and light florals. Roasted specifically for filter brewing.
