A natural processed coffee from Casillas, Santa Rosa, Guatemala, produced by Jaime Sanchez & Family at Los Flores farm. The Marsellesa variety is grown at 1885 meters elevation and processed as natural coffee, with cherries dried on raised beds for 18-20 days. The coffee offers rich, sweet notes of cherry, vanilla cake, almond paste, and cocoa. Medium roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
Have Fun Coffee was founded in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, by Sonny and Luke Adamski as a sister operation to their established Good Luck Cafe. The roastery takes a deliberately accessible approach to specialty coffee, rejecting the solemnity that sometimes surrounds the craft in favor of straightforward enjoyment. Roasting is precise, using Cropster software with three thermocouples for exact temperature monitoring, and sourcing is ethically driven with a rotating seasonal lineup.
