James Arnez Fernandez Vivas produces this washed coffee with careful cultivation and processing: cherries pulped the day after harvest, fermented for 48 hours in plastic tanks, washed twice, then dried in a parabolic solar dryer for 15 days. Light roast showcasing intense sweet peach notes with tart kiwi tropicality and lavender florals.

Founded in 2020 at the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, Moonwake Coffee Roasters emerged from the passion of two former tech engineers, Ming Wood from Tesla and Mabel Yeung from Meta.
