It is a natural process coffee produced by Kai Janson of Janson Farms, a family-owned estate that traces its roots to 1926. The coffee features bright, fruit-forward tasting notes of peach, mandarin orange, and sweet candy. The Janson family has been cultivating coffee for over three decades, growing varieties including Catuai, Caturra, Pacamara, and the coveted Panama Geisha on their farm in the high-altitude Chiriquí region.
