Janszoon

About This Coffee

Janszoon is a three-origin blend combining 50% Sitio Tres Barras from Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil, 18% from Bwenda Washing Station, Western Province, Rwanda, and 32% from San Martin de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín, Peru. The blend features various Arabica cultivars including Yellow Catuai and Bourbon, processed using Natural and Washed methods. The coffee is grown at altitudes ranging from 1000 to 2200 meters. Each component is roasted separately before being combined. The blend offers massive chocolate notes with a big, full body and caramelised cherry-like fruity finish. Flavor profile includes deep chocolate bass notes, dense caramel, ripe red berry fruit, milk chocolate, and zesty orange citrus with a smooth, dense, syrupy mouthfeel. Roasted to a medium dark level.
