Java Frinsa Collective is a wet-hulled coffee from the Bandung region (Tilu Mountains, Pangalengan) in West Java, Indonesia. Produced by Frinsa Estate and neighboring smallholder farmers at 1,400-1,700 meters elevation, the coffee features three varieties: Atengsuper, Bor Bor, and Sigararutang. The wet-hulled processing method emphasizes creamy body while muting acidity. The cup presents earthy, herbaceous notes with subtle hints of raisin, kiwi, cooked fruit, and chocolate.
