Jazzy Max is a natural blend featuring dry-processed coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia. The Brazilian component is the Bossa Nova regional blend from Cerrado and Sul de Minas, featuring Mundo Novo and Catuai cultivars processed using the traditional natural method. The Ethiopian component is sourced from Halo Beriti, a washing station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe region, situated at 1,800 to 2,200 meters altitude. The heirloom varieties are processed using the natural method, with cherries dried in the whole fruit. Sourced through Ephtah Specialty Coffee. Flavor profile features dark chocolate, blueberry, strawberry lemonade, vanilla, hazelnut, macadamia nut, milk chocolate, mango, and lemon notes with bright acidity and a smooth body.
