Jean-Guy is a blend of coffees from Colombia (Granja Paraiso 92, farmer Wilton Benitez) and Brazil (Bioma Cafe, farmer Eduardo Perreira), grown at altitudes of approximately 1750–2050m. The varietal is 74110, processed as naturals, and roasted to a medium-dark level. Flavor notes include Luxardo, dark chocolate cake, and coffee on the patio, with an additional layer of jammy, floral fruit character.
