This Geisha variety coffee is grown by Christobal Jimenez at the Los Quiques farm in the Chirinos region of Cajamarca, Peru. Cultivated at an altitude of 1950 meters in volcanic soil, this coffee undergoes a washed process, including 24 hours of fermentation without pulp and 28 days of drying. It offers a floral and complex profile with distinct tasting notes of peach and citrus.
