This single-origin coffee is grown by Jorge Diaz Campos at the La Colmena farm in the highlands of Lonya Grande, Peru, at an altitude of 1900 meters. The coffee is of the Bourbon variety and is processed using a washed method, involving fermentation for up to 36 hours. It offers a juicy and silky profile with distinct tasting notes of forest berries and cacao nibs. This coffee is specifically roasted for espresso preparation.
