A washed Red Catuai from producer Jorge Vasquez Ureña at the Roble Negro Wet Mill in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. Grown at 1750–2000 meters above sea level (listed as 1875 masl average), the farm sits at the transition between the Pacific side and the Central Valley. This well-structured, clean, and elegant coffee offers tasting notes of caramel, yellow plum, and hazelnut.
