Single varietal Chiroso, a coffee varietal believed to originate in the region as a natural mutation of an Ethiopian Landrace. Processed using the "cochadas" method with controlled fermentation lasting 2-6 days, then washed and parabolic dried. Light roasted with flavor notes of lemon, raspberry, and spiced pear, featuring a milk tea-like body.
Have Fun Coffee was founded in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, by Sonny and Luke Adamski as a sister operation to their established Good Luck Cafe.
