KAFFA - Kaffa Forest
Impact RoastersAbout This Coffee
A specialty coffee from Ethiopia's Kaffa region — the southwest highland area often cited as the birthplace of coffee — grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,200 meters above sea level. Produced by smallholder farmers using traditional organic practices, with only ripe cherries hand-harvested. Sun-dried (natural) processing enhances fruit tones and complexity. The flavor profile features wild berries, delicate sweetness, and a chocolate aroma, with gentle acidity, a soft balanced body, and a clean finish. Roasted lightly in Copenhagen, Denmark.
