About This Coffee

A sun-dried (natural process) specialty coffee from the Kaffa Forest region in southwestern Ethiopia, sourced from the Gimbo Kimbo woreda at altitudes of 1400–2100 meters above sea level. The beans are Ethiopian heirloom Arabica varieties (Grade 2), hand-picked and naturally processed. This coffee offers a delicate sweetness with chocolate aromas and a complex, aromatic cup with a hint of wild berry in the aftertaste. Scored 89 on the Q-grade scale.
