About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from the Kagumoini Washing Station in Muranga County, Kenya, operated by the Kamacharia Farmers Cooperative Society. The lot consists of SL28, Ruiru 11, and a small portion of Batian varieties, grown at approximately 1750 meters above sea level in deep, well-drained red volcanic soil. The coffee undergoes fully washed processing, where cherries are pulped, fermented overnight in tanks, given another soaking process, and carefully dried on raised beds.
