About This Coffee

This Red Bourbon coffee is grown at the Jarama estate in the Nyamasheke District of Rwanda. It is naturally processed at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level. The coffee is characterized by a complex flavor profile featuring notes of granadilla, golden syrup, pomelo, and rose hips. The high elevation, humid equatorial mist from Lake Kivu, and rich volcanic soils contribute to the unique terroir of this lot, which was ranked #2 in the Best of Rwanda competition.
